BNN timing consists of two distinct layers:

• Layer 1 — Progressive (The Promise / Structural): Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu move slowly through signs over years or decades. When a progressive planet enters a sign and contacts a natal planet (via conjunction or trine), it opens a structural "promise window" indicating that a specific life event is now structurally due.
• Layer 2 — Sky Transit (The Execution Trigger / Timing): The same four planets moving in the current sky act as execution triggers. When a transiting planet aspects the same natal planet that is already promised by the progressive planet, the event is triggered into manifestation. Without the sky transit, the promise remains latent.
